Während unserer Urlaubsreise suchen wir für unsere möblierte 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Flur, Bad, Wohnküche. zwei Zimmern sowie Balkon für April nette Menschen zur Zwischenmiete (1.-23. April). Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Im Wohnzimmer gibt's eine Couch für zwei Personen. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet.
In der Küche findet sich alles, was man zum Kochen und Leben braucht.
Zusätzlich:
- Waschmaschine.
- Spülmaschine
- WLAN
Sehr gute Verkehrverbindung, da wir gleich weit entfernt vom Ostkreuz und S Frankfurter Allee wohnen:
- S-bahn (S42, S41-Ringbahn, S3, S5, S7, S8, S9) und
- U-Bahn (U5)
- Tram (M13, M21)
- Einkaufszentrum gleich daneben
- Supermärkte in 5min fußläufig zu erreichen (Lidl, Edeka, BioCompany, Kaufland, Real)
Wir vermieten die Wohnung für 500€ (alles inkl.). Die Kaution zahlen wir nach unserer Rückkehr wieder aus, insofern keine Beschädigungen an den Möbeln vorliegt.

during our holidays, we would like to sublet our apartment.
The 3-room apartment is completely furnished and situated in a nice neighbourhood in Friedrichshain (Sonntags-Kiez is only 5min away). It has a fully equipped kitchen, a large kitchen-cum-living room as well as a nice balcony.
(The couch in the living romm opens up to a double bed and a double bed is in the bedroom as well.)
