It s an occasion and we rent it out because we go on holidays for 2 weeks!
Live Berlin like a local! (But do not pay Airbnb/Wimdu s HIGH commisions)
Friedrichshain is the place to live in Berlin. Just 10 minutes from the vibrant Boxhagenerplatz (with its Sunday flee market) and Simon-dach Strasse, famous for its multicultural restaurants and the astonishing amount of bars in the same street, Voigtstrasse still has its quiet and laidback side with Cafes and small shops.
P.s. Berlin is awesome in July! You are doing the right choice to visit it!
The amount is fixed even if you stay for a shorter period but I am open to negotiate. :) The same is if you are more than 2 people. just drop me an email and we ll talk about it!
