The living room is facing the lively street with shops and restaurants while the bedroom is facing the quiet backyard. A third matress and the sofabed could be provided, so that the flat is suitable for 2-4 persons (minimum stay 3 nights).
Zahlreiche nette Restaurants und Kneipen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung in der Simon-Dach-Straße. Die TRAM-Station der M13 befindet direkt vor dem Haus. Von dort gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zur S-Bahn Warschauer Straße. Einen Fahrradverleih findet man ebenfalls in der Nebenstraße.
The flat is situated in the middle of Friedrichshain next to Simon-Dach-Straße with its nice shops and restaurants. You'll find the TRAM-Station right in front of the door and the S-Warschauer Straße in 10 minutes walk.
Die Wohnung ist teils frisch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
