Wir verlassen unser geliebtes Zuhause für fast ein Jahr. Die voll eingerichtete Wohnung ist zwischen Oktober 2014 und Juni 2015 verfügbar. Das Wohnzimmer hat zwei große Fenster und einen Zugang zu einem wunderschönen großen Balkon, auf dem sowohl am Morgen als auch am Spätnachmittag die Sonne scheint und man locker mit mehreren Leuten sitzen, essen oder arbeiten kann. Die an das Wohnzimmer angrenzende, offene Küche verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände (Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle) und über ausreichend Utensilien zum Kochen und Essen. Auch hier sind zwei Fenster vorhanden, die für ein helles, freundliches Wohnen sorgen. Das Schlafzimmer ist ein separater Raum neben dem Wohnzimmer, der über einen Kleiderschrank und genügend Raum für ein Doppelbett verfügt. Das große Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne, Toilette und Waschmaschine ausgestattet.

We are leaving our much beloved apartment for almost a year. The lovely fully furnished apartment is available from October 2014 to June 2015. The living room has two big windows and it is bright during the day. The living room opens into a big balcony where one can enjoy the sun in the morning as well in the evenings. There is enough space on the balcony to eat together or work. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge and microwave) and utensils. The sleeping room is separate and furnished with a wardrobe and space for a double bed. The bathroom has a bath-tub and equipped with a washing machine. The apartment is ideal for a couple as well as a single person. It is really quiet and green because the windows face the garden in the courtyard. Everything you need is available in the apartment.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in ruhiger, grüner Lage mitten im Szene-Bezirk Friedrichshain. Sie benötigen weniger als fünf Minuten, um Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Restaurants und Clubs zu erreichen. Die nächste U-Bahn-Haltestelle in Laufnähe ist die “Samariter Straße” der U-Bahnlinie U5. Mit der U-Bahn benötigen Sie nur 7 Minuten bis zum Alexander Platz im Stadtzentrum. Auch ist der Zugang zur Ring-Bahn über die Station “Frankfurter Allee” in zehn Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, der Sie durch die gesamte Stadt befördert.

The apartment is in the middle of Friedrichshain and in a nice residential part. You only need five minutes or less by foot to reach everything - bars, restaurants, clubs, supermarkets. The underground stop closest to our place and within 2 minutes of walking distance is ‘U5’ Samariter Strasse. With the train it takes only 7 minutes to reach Alexander Platz (city centre).

Friedrichshain ist in den letzten Jahren zu einer der beliebtesten Gegenden unter Berlinern wie auch unter Zugezogenen geworden. Der Bezirk bietet für jeden Geschmack und jedes Alter die passenden Aktivitäten, Veranstaltungen und Einrichtungen an. Innerhalb von fünf Minuten erreichen Sie von der Wohnung aus den Boxhagener Platz, um denen sich gastronomische Einrichtungen aller Nationen und Geschmäcker tummeln. Sie können zwischen den besten Burgern der Stadt, arabischer, asiatischer bis hin zur südamerikanischen Küche wählen, was das Herz begehrt.

Friedrichshain has grown over the recent years to be a favorite area amongst Germans as well as foreigners. This city area offers a good mix of activities, parks and events for all age groups. Within 5 minutes from the apartment is the Boxhagener Platz. There are fresh farmers’ market and flea market on the weekends. During the rest of the week it is an idyllic place to relax or meet friends. Around the Boxhagener Platz there are many eating / cuisine options starting from tasty Burgers, Arabic, Asian to South American. Several good second hand clothes stores as well as cosy cafes will keep your exploratory nature alive.
