ich vermiete eine 3 Zimmer Wohnung mit Balkon für 12 Monate evtl. auch
länger.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock eines Altbaus um die Jahrhundertwende.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und haben einen Dielenboden bzw. sind mit Teppich ausgelegt. Man kann die Zimmer als 2 Schlafzimmer nutzen oder ein Arbeitszimmer daraus machen. Das Wohnzimmer kann man von diesen beiden Räumen begehen. Es sind also keine 3 getrennten Räume. Ein Schreibtisch ist vorhanden. Sowie diverse Schränke, Möbel und ein Sofa. In der Küche findet sich alles für den täglichen Bedarf.
Das Badezimmer besitzt eine Badewanne, Waschmaschine sowie ein Fenster.
Die Lage ist ideal.
Ein paar Minuten Fußweg zum Ostkreuz und nur wenige Minuten zur Warschauer Straße bzw. Boxhagener Platz. Die Straßenbahn hält fast vor der Haustür.
Rauchen ist erlaubt.
Ein Fernseher ist vorhanden.

I rent a 3 room flat with balkon for 9 month meaby longer.
The flat is in the 3.floor in a old house witch is build around 1900.
The rooms are very sunny have a woodfloor and carpet.
It is possible to use the rooms as 2 sleepingrooms or a working room. The living room you can reach throw these both rooms. So there are not 3 seperatly
rooms. A writing table is also there. Also some furneter and a sofa.
In the kitchen is everything for daily using.
The place is ideal.
Only some minutes by foot to Ostkreuz or Warschauer street and Boxhagener Platz. The tram stopp is near from the house entrence.
Smoking is o.k..
TV is there.
