Lovely Apartment in Friedrichshain / Zwischenmiete in 2-Zi Whg

Hello Berliners and soon-to-be Berliners,

due to a new job on short notice, I will be renting out my lovely 2-room apartment, fantastically located in the heart of Friedrichshain.
The apartment:
Ca. 60qm, kitchen with sitting area, bathroom with tub/shower, bedroom (to inner courtyard, hence quiet) and living room with lots of light. The apartment will be rented out furnished (some of my personal belongings will stay there, but there will be plenty of room for your things, of course). The rent (750€ für one person, 850€ for a couple) includes all amenities, plus a cleaning lady twice a month, wifi can be included for an extra 30€ per month if you would like it. Ideal for a young professional.

No smokers, not animals please, and not suitable for a shared apartment ('WG')-

The house:
Typical Berlin apartment from the 1920s, with friendly people living there. While you will be right in the middle of buzzing Friedrichshain, it is a quiet area. Walking distance: 10 min to Ostkreuz, 10 min to U5, 2 min to tram and bus.

Hallo Berliner und solche, die es werden wollen!

Da ich kurzfristig für einen neuen Job umziehe, werde ich mein schönes 2-Zimmer Apartment im tollen Friedrichshain untervermieten von Mitte Juli bis Mitte/Ende September (nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung:
Knapp 60qm gross, Küche mit Sitzmöglichkeit, Bad mit Badewanne, ruhiges Schlafzimmer und sehr helles Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert (Teile meiner Sachen werden in der Wohnung bleiben, aber natürlich werden ich die meisten Bereiche freiräumen, so dass genug Platz für den oder die Zwischenmieter/in ist).
Die Miete (750€ für eine Person, 850€ für ein Paar) enthält zudem die Reinigung der gesamten Wohnung alle 2 Wochen und für 30 Euro extra kann das Internet (WiFi) dazu gebucht werden, wenn benötigt.
Ideal also für „young professionals“, oder auch Pendler.
Keine Haustiere, nur Nichtraucher, keine WG.

Das Haus:
Typische Berliner Altbauhaus, nette Leute. Friedrichshain mit Restaurants, Cafes und tollen Shops ist keine 2 Minuten weg, aber das Haus selber liegt ruhig. 10 Minuten Laufweg zum Ostkreuz, 10 Minuten zur U5, 2 Min zu Tram u Bus.
