Gemütliche 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für 1 Monat als Zwischenmiete

Hallo zusammen,
da ich verreise, vermiete ich meine schöne 3-Zimmer-Wohnung für 1Monat ( bei Interesse auch gerne bis zu 2 Monate).
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei eingerichteten Schlafzimmern (jeweils ein Doppelbett, Schreibtisch, Schrank/Kommode), einem Bad mit Waschmaschine, einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer (mit Esstisch und einem großen Sofa) und einer Küche mit allen nötigen Utensilien.
Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist somit auch behindertengerecht.
Bei Bedarf würde ich auch die zwei Zimmer getrennt vermieten (Jeweils 450€ pro Zimmer).
Man ist in 5 Minuten bei diversen Tram Stationen ( M5,M6,M8 und M10) in ca. 10 Minuten bei der Ubahn-Station Weberwiese und in ca. 12 Minuten bei der S-Bahn Station Landsberger Allee) und natürlich gibt es alle nötigen Geschäfte (Netto 2x, Kaisers etc...) in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Hello,
I'll be on vacation for a while so I rent out my beautiful 3 room apartment for 1 months (if interested you can also rent it for 2 months).
The apartment has two fully furnished bedrooms (each has a double bed, a desk and a cupboard), one bathroom with washing machine, a comfortable living room (with a table for eating and a nice big sofa) and a kitchen with all the necessary utensils.
If there is interest I would also rent out the two bedrooms separately. (each 450€)
Public transportation is really good. There are several trams (M5,M6,M8,M10) within 5 minutes walking distance, there is the U-Bahn Station Weberwiese within 10 minutes walking distance and there is the S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee within maybe 12 minutes walking distance. And of course you have all the necessary shops and supermarkets really close to the apartment.
