Für meine schöne Altbauwohnung in Friedrichshain suche ich zum 1. April einen Nachmieter.
Die 2-Zimmerwohnung befindet sich im 4. OG eines schönen Altbaus in ruhiger Lage.
Man erreicht alle Räume vom Flur aus, der über eine kleine Kammer/Nische verfügt für Staubsauger etc.
Die Küche bietet Platz für einen kleinen Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Die Einbauküche mit E-Herd und Ceranfeld gehört zur Wohnung.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Fenster, eine Badewanne sowie einen Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Alle Räume sind sehr hell. Das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon geht zur Straße raus (Südseite), Schlafzimmer, Bad und Küche gehen zum Hinterhof raus.
In Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer liegen Holzdielen, in Küche und Bad weiße Fliesen.
Ein zur Wohnung gehörender Kellerraum ist vorhanden und im Hinterhof des Hauses kann man Fahrräder abstellen.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 655EUR zzgl. Strom.
WICHTIG:
Mit übergeben wird ein PAX-Kleiderschrank, eine Spülmaschine von Bosch, ein Duschrollo im Bad und ein Schiebevorhang für die Flurnische. Hierfür ist eine Abschlagszahlung von 580EUR ist erforderlich.
