Hallo,
ich biete zur Untermiete vom 1.8 bis 15.9 eine schöne Altbau Wohnung an. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Bahnhof Ostkreuz in wunderschöner Kiezlage. Mit dutzenden Spätis, Resataurents und Cafés. Eine Haustür weiter ist eine Espressobar, die ich sehr empfehlen kann.
Die Wohnung verfügt über 4 Zimmer. Wobei ich selbst in die Wohnung am 15.9 einziehe und schon in 2 Zimmern Möbel habe. Ich wäre aber auch mit einer Nutzung der anderen Zimmer einverstanden.
Es gibt eine Küche mit Kochnische. Ein großes Esszimmer. Ein Badezimmer und ein Gäste-Wc.
Eines der Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit Bett und co.
Wie für einen Altbau üblich verfügt die Wohnung über hohe Decken.
