Wir sind beruflich einen Monat weg und suchen jemanden, der auf unsere Wohnung aufpasst. Leider ist sie nicht WG-geeignet, da ein Zimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist, aber für Pärchen ist sie total super. Sie hat ca 50 qm mit schönen breiten Dielen und Dielenboden sogar in der Küche, ein für Berliner Verhältnisse sehr geräumiges Bad (kein Schlauchbad) und einen Balkon. Auch eine Spülmaschine ist vorhanden.
Die Wohnung liegt im Samariterkiez in Friedrichshain. Zweimal Lidl, Kaiser's, dm, Kaufland, Penny und Post sowie das Ringcenter (Real, Aldi plus dem üblichen Einkaufscenter-Schnickschnack) sind bequem zu Fuß um die Ecke - sowie ums Eck die Wikingerbar mit riiiiesiger Met-Auswahl, ein echter Standortfaktor ;-)! In zehn Minuten ist man auch im Partyteil von Friedrichshain um Simon-Dach-Str. und RAW-Gelände. Die ÖPNV-Anbindung ist astrein: Sowohl U-Bahn (Samariterstraße, in 10 Minuten am Alexanderplatz) als auch Ringbahn (Frankfurter Allee), wo sowieso alle 2 Minuten ne Bahn kommt.
