Es handelt sich um eine Neubau-Wohnung (Erstbezug) mit sehr hochwertiger, neuer Ausstattung direkt am Ostbahnhof. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Bahnhof (bis 24h). viele tolle Clubs, Bars, sowie die Spree mit Liegewiese direkt vor der Haustüre. Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet mit Einbauküche (Spülmaschine), Waschmaschine, Schlafsofa, Essecke, Fernseher, Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet, daher achte ich sehr auf einen ordentlichen Untermieter.
Die Miete beträgt 850 Euro für den gesamten Zeitraum
