We have a bright, spacious apartment that we love but leave for a short time for a trip to San Francisco.
It has two big bedrooms (plus a baby-bed) and a living room with a balcony with view to the park in front. It is very quiet, an “Altbau” with high ceilings and old wooden floors. It's perfect for a family or two couples or four adults in any kind of constellation that want to stay together in one flat (and a baby).
It is fully furnished, the kitchen is equipped with anything one can think of for cooking and there is a washing machine for laundry. There is obviously also WiFi.
The area is amazing. There are plenty of (vegan&vegetarian) restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, Berlin's most famous vegan super market... ANYTHING.
Public transport is in walking distance: 2 minutes to Tram M10 and M13, around 8 minutes to S and U Bahn Warschauer Strasse.
To Kreuzberg you can just walk, to Mitte by S-Bahn just 10 minutes. All the museums and the Berlin wall are very close.
The 800 Euros include everything for 12 nights and must be paid either in cash on arrival day or via bank transfer at least one day in advance. Check-out must be on the 07.07.2016 until 19h (7p.m.).
We also offer our 2 bikes for use during your stay (no charge).
We have plenty of tipps to give to you for going out, restaurants and also some books on Berlin.
