Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbiliert. Folgende Ausstattung hat die Wohnung:
- offene Küche mit Spülmaschine, Ceranfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kaffee/ Espressomaschine, Kühl-/Gefrierschrank, Esstisch und weitere elektronische Geräte
- Beheizter Fußbuden (geölter Parkett im Bad und Wohnzimmer, antrhazitfarbener Steinboden in Flur und Bad)
- Modernes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche, großem Spiegel, etc.
- Schlafzimmer mit großem Bett (2m * 1,80m), Schreibtisch, geräumiger Schrank

As my girlfriend and I will be away for an exchange semester, we are subletting our apartment from August 1, 2016 and January 1, 2017.
The flat has 51 sqm and costs 830,- Euro all included (i.e. plus utilities, Internet & TV, electricity etc.). Regarding the time frame, we are a little flexible.
Features:
The flat is fully furnished:
- Open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic glass cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge & freezer, dining table, further electronic devices
- Underfloor heating (parquet floor in the bed and living room, anthracite-colored stone floor in the corridor and bathroom)
- Modern bathroom with bathtub, shower, large mirror etc.
- Bedroom with large bed (2 * 1,80 m), desk, spacious wardrobe)
- Living room with TV, extenable sofa, glas table
- Beautiful rooftop terrace on the 18th floor incl. washing lounge
- Concierge-service on the ground floor (takes care of postal packages etc)
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist sehr günstig angebunden:
- 8 Minuten Gehzeit zum Ostbahnhof, der einen in 12 Minunten zu Friedrichsstr und Hauptbahnhof bringt, nur eine Station bis zur Warschauer Straße
- 5 Minuten Gehzeit zur U5 Strausberger Platz (2 Stationen zum Alexanderplatz)
- Ein Bus fährt direkt vor der Haustüre (142), der einen in wenigen Minuten zum Prenzlauer Berg bringt.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Kaiser’s, der bis 24 Uhr geöffnet ist. Am Ostbahnhof ist ein REWE und Penny, ein Netto ist 4 Gehminuten entfernt.
Zu Fuß erreicht man Kreuzberg und Mitte in ca. 15 Minuten, der Volkspark Friedrichshain ist auch nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt.

The flat is located in a quiet area and connected perfectly:
- 8 mins walking distance to Ostbahnhof (from there 12 minutes to Friedrichsstr., Hauptbahnhof, only one station to Warschauer Str.).
- 5 minutes walking distance to U5 Strausberger Platz (2 stations to Alexanderplatz)
- A bus (142) stops directly in front of the house, which takes you to Prenzlauer Berg in only a few minutes
Across the street is a Kaiser’s supermarket, which is open until 12pm. Ostbahnhof has a REWE and Penny, Netto is only 4 minutes walking distance.
Kreuzberg and Mitte can be reached in 15 minutes by foot. Volkspark Friedrichshain is also only 15 minutes walking distance away.
Die Wohnung ist nicht wirklich WG geeignet, da sich die offene Küche und das Wohnzimmer in einem Raum befinden. Gut für Singles, am besten geeignet als Pärchenwohnung.

The flat is not apt for flat sharing, as the open kitchen and living room are in one large room. It’s well suited for singles and best suited for couples.
