Die Wohnung besteht aus 2 gleich großen Zimmern mit Westausrichtung. Eines davon dient als Schlafzimmer und das andere als wohnzimmer, da es das Durchgangszimmer zur Küche ist, deswegen auch nicht WG-geeignet Das Bad ist modern und mit einer Badewanne und Handtuchtrockner ausgestattet. Einen Platz für eine Waschmaschine bietet es ebenfalls. In der Küche sind ein Herd und Spülschrank vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist in einem guten Zustand und die Nachbarn sind auch Nett.
The flat consists of 2 rooms of same size both facing west. One of the rooms functions as bed room the other one as a living room while the living room connects the aisle and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, oven and stove. The bathroom is modern and has a bathtub in it which can also be used as a shower.
Zu Fuß ist man in 7 min ca am ostkreuz oder in die andere Richtung an der SBahnstation Frankfurter. Ein Edeka ist in 3min erreichbar und zum Lidl braucht man gerade mal 5min. Die Neue Bahnhofstr bietet außerdem Gastronomie aus aller Welt, genausi wie der nahegelegene Boxhagener Platz. Das Ringcenter is auch fußläufig erreichbar und bietet viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Für alle Freunde des Nachtlebens ist der Club Kosmonaut gleich um die Ecke und die Simon-Dach Str ist mit ihren zahlreichen Bars auch nicht weit weg.
Anything useful is in close proximity (different supermarkets, restaurants, bars, spätis, clubs, Shopping centers). It only takes aroud 7 mins to walk to sbhan station ostkreuz, from where you can go everywhere in berlin and beyond.
Ich bin noch an die Wohnung gebunden als Hauptmieter, werde sie jedoch komplett an einen Untermieter von Mitte Dezember bis Ende April 2017 übergeben, bis mein Vertrag ausläuft. Die Wohnung kann für diese Zeit je nach Wunsch Teilmöbiliert übergebn werden. Außerdem muss die Hausverwaltung dem Untermieter zustimmen, es kommt also nicht nur auf mein Urteil bei der Vergabe der Wohnung an.
As I am still bound to the flat by contract as a main tenant till the end of April 2017 but cannot live there anymore, I am offering it to a sub-tenant who has to fill out an application form and hand it to the landlord. Ultimately, the landlord will decide whether the applicant is suitable and eligible to move in.
