My room is spacious and magical and I guarantee you will enjoy your stay as much as I enjoy living here.
It is an artistic room with a second story and a balcony. The energy is pure and you see it is well taken care of with love.
I want someone to respect the room and pretty much take care as if it were there own.
Cleanliness is a must.
A balcony is part of the room. The price of the room is maybe alittle high, but it is totally worth it. Some furniture is either self made, Vintage and a large space.

The building is located in the center of Warschauer Strasse, therefore its 7 minutes walking to Sbahn or Ubahn Warschauer Strasse or 5 minutes walking to Ubahn Frankfurter Tor.
You also have directly infront of the house, the M10 tram.
You have very good public transport connections!
There is also a backyard where you can park your bike.
You have all the big shopping stores such as Rewe, DM, Aldi and the bio Markt shop all around a 5 minute walk.
There are also many varieties of shops and restaurants that you can choose your pick from.
I will be going home (Egypt) for some months and am looking for a nice lady to overtake my room for this period that I will be away. During this time, you will be living with 2 girls - Ela, Mexican and Linda, Finnish.
We are international girls that speak english with eachother and are openminded to different cultures.
Flatmates both have full-time jobs but with a different schedule timing so it would be preferred to have someone similar that goes out during the day to.
We don't throw parties or put the music on loud too late. We respect our neighbours and eachother. It is not a party flatshare.
We enjoy peoples company and going out but also to a certain limit.
Our home is our nest and comfort, decorated with colour and therefore I encourage the place to stay clean and tidy. we have a weekly cleaning rota that we follow up.
