Ich biete hier meine 70qm Dachgeschosswohnung in schönen Altbau (mit große 7,5qm Terrasse) in Berlin Friedrichshain zur zwischenmiete (28. Feb bis 19. März).
1 kleines Zimmer, 12qm mit Queen Size Bett (160cm)
1 großes Wohnzimmer, 21qm mit ausziehbare Couch (auch 160cm)
1 große Wohnküche, 19qm mit Essbereich und ausgestattete Küche und zugang zur große süd Terrasse
1 großes Bad, 12qm, vollgefliest und mit schöne eckbadewanne
+ Flur
Natürlich ist die Wohnung komplett möbliert und verfügt über alles was man braucht: 50mbit Internet, Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Flachbildschirm, Gast PC, Haartrockner, Bügeleisen, Bluetooth Lautsprecher. Küche ist wie gesagt voll ausgestattet, allerdings ist der Ofen momentan kaputt (das Herd funktioniert aber problemlos). Sogar ein Aquarium ist dabei.
Also problemlos bis zu 4 Personen können hier unterbracht werden.
Pflanzen müssten in der Zeit 2-3 gegossen werde, Fische werden aber automatisch gefüttert.

Hi guys,
I'm renting out my 70m2 place in Berlin Friedrichshain. It's under the roof and has an extra big 7.5m2 south facing terrace. It's available from Feb. 28th to March 19th.
1 small room (12m2) with a queen sized bed (160cm)
1 big living room (21m2) with a foldout couch (also 160cm)
1 big open kitchen with dining area (19qm), fully equipped and access to the terrace
1 large modern bathroom (12m2) with tiles and really cool angular bathtub
the rest is the hallway
The flat is obviously fully equipped and has everything you need: 50mbit Internet with Wifi, washing machine, coffee machine, flat screen, guest PC, hairdryer, iron, bluetooth speakers. Kitchen also has all you need, just the oven is broken right now (but the stove is fine). There's even an aquarium.
In short, it's a nice place and can easily accommodate up to 4 people.
Plants would have to be watered 2 or 3 times during your stay. The fish are fed automatically, so no worries there.
Innerhalb der Ring, Tram vor der Tür, 3min zur S+U Frankfurter Allee, Ring Center um die Ecke um alle Bedürfnisse zu decken. Edeka/Lidl sind auch nicht weit. Bäcker im Haus. 15 min zur Alex per U-Bahn, 10-15min Fußweg zum Boxi

Great neighborhood. Inside of the Ring, Tram in front of the door, 3 minutes to S+U Frankfurter, Ring Center around the corner for all your shopping needs. Edeka/Lidl are also close and there's a bakery in the building. 15min subway ride to Alexanderplatz and a 10-15 minute walk to Boxhagener Platz.
Preis ist VHB, und für kürzere Zeiten (bitte aber nicht unter 10 Tage) könnte man natürlich eine pro Nacht Lösung finden. Bei Fragen einfach melden.
