I'm going on holiday from the 09/03 to the 20/03, so I'm renting my flat during this period.
The flat consists of a bathroom, a kitchen, a hallway and a bedroom. It's fully furnished so it got everything you need!
The kitchen is all-equipped (oven, fridge, gas stove, utensils), there is a wasching maschine in the bathroom as well.
In the bedroom (about 22m²), there is a double bed with a very comfortable mattress (memory foam ;)), a convertible sofa, a desk, a big wardrobe and a bookcase.
There is a bicycle storage in the inner courtyard.
What I love is that the flat is located in a busy neighboorhood, but at the same time the street and the building is very quiet.
Everything in the flat is quite old, but it's functional and got its charm :)
The location is perfect! 7min by walk from Warschauer Str U (U1) and S bahn (S3, S5, S7, S75)
2 min from tram M10 and M13
You have everything you need around the corner, bars, restaurants (Simon-Dach Str. 2min), supermarkets (REWE 5min, Aldi, 10min), Späti.
I don't think I have to say more about it anyway :)

For me it's important that you are:
- Respectful of the neighbors (no party people, of course you can have gatherings sometimes, but not like every weekend! It's better to move the party in the streets and in the bars nearby anyway :D). Everybody is quite chill in the building, so it would be nice if stay that way :)
- Responsibly tidy up. You don't have to be a clean freak, but just don't let the flat falls apart! Everything is quite old inside, so it doesn't look the cleanest anyway, but just take care of it in a reasonable way.
