wonderful full furnished flat in Friedrichshain for a period from now to end of September (maybe longer)

Hallo ich vermiete meine schöne möblierte Wohnung in Friedrichshain zur Untermiete
ab Jetzt bis Ende September, es kann eventuell noch etwas verlängert werden, nach Absprache. Die Wohnung ist wie folgt ausgestattet:
2 Zimmer mit Balkon, (nicht WG geeignet! da ein Durchgangszimmer)
Größe: 56qm
Die Wohnung ist wie folgt möbliert:
Schlafzimmer: 160x200 Bett mit rückenstützender Matratze, sehr großer Kleiderschrank
Wohnzimmer: Schlaf-Sofa mit Couchtisch und wunderschönem Ess-Vollholztisch mit vier Stühlen
große Wohn-Küche mit Spüle und Elektroherd, Kühlschrank
Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine

Die Wohnung bietet eine gute Möglichkeit, um erstmal in Berlin anzukommen, alles zu haben was man braucht auch an Möbeln und Diverses, um dann vor Ort nach einer eigenen Wohung suchen zu können.
Bitte nur Leute mit einem festen Job in Berlin (keine Studenten) (ich möchte die letzten Lohnabrechnungen gern sehen oder aber einen Vetrag für einen Job, um selbst eine gewisse Sicherheit zu haben)

i rent my full and nice furnished apartment in Friedrichshain for a period from now to End of September. (maybe a bit longer in agreement) For this period i will be not in Berlin.
The apartment is equipped as follows:
2 rooms with balcony, (not suitable for a flat share because a through-going room)
Size: 54sqm
The apartment is furnished as follows:
Bedroom: 160x200 bed with back-supporting mattress, very large wardrobe and a writing desk
Living room: sofa bed with couch table and beautiful solid wood dining table with four chairs
large living-kitchen with sink and electric stove, fridge
Bathroom with shower and washing machine

The apartment is a great way to first arrive in Berlin, to have everything you need on furniture and other stuff, and for looking for your private apartment then.
Please only people with a permanent job in Berlin (no students) (I would like to see the last payslips or a contract for a job to have a certain security)

The decor is visible on the photos. The apartment has an open kitchen connected to the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and ceramic hob and oven. The living room has a large sofa bed. The living room is a walk-through room together with the kitchen. There is a separate bedroom that opens onto the balcony and a separate bathroom. The bathroom has a washing machine and shower. The bedroom has a large wardrobe and a large comfortable bed 160x200Meter. Overall, everything is available, what you need (dishes, cutlery, Internet, fridge, towels, blanket and linen etc) and the costs are included in the rent.

Die Wohnung hat eine offene Küche die mit dem Wohnzimmer verbunden ist. Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank und Ceramkochfeld und Backofen ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine große Schlaf-Couch. Das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer zusammen mit der Wohnküche. Es gibt ein separates Schlafzimmer, von dem man auf den Balkon gelangt und ein separates Badezimmer. Das Bad hat eine Waschmaschine und Dusche. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank und ein großes bequemes Bett 160x200Meter. Insgesamt ist alles vorhanden, was man so benötigt (Geschirr, Besteck, Internet, Kühlschrank, Handtücher, Bettdecke und -Wäsche etc) und die Kosten dafür sind im Mietpreis enthalten.

Ich möchte die Wohnung bitte an einen Nichtraucher abgeben oder wirklich NUR auf dem Balkon.
I would like to rent the apartment to a non-smoker. (But smoking only on the balcony will be ok)
