Die Wohnung liegt mittem im Simon-Dach Kiez. Alles was der Mensch so braucht ist einen steinwurf entfernt - diverse Supermärkte, Spätis, Bäckereien, S- und U-Bahn, Clubs Kneipen, Restaurants, Videotheken, alles in Hülle und Fülle. Die beiden Zimmer sind getrennt, circa gleich gross und hell. Eines hat einen Südbalkon und geht zur wuseligen aber trotzdem recht verkehrsarmen Revaler Str. raus. Das andere Zimmer geht auf den hinterhof. Das Haus ist gepflegt, der Keller ist trocken. Alles in allem eine geniale Wohnung, hat halt bloß ihren Preis.... (Ist für zwei Leute aber durchaus bezahlbar). Wir wollen und können so früh wie möglich ausziehen, d.h. das ganze könnte auch noch vor April über die Bühne gehen. Also, wenn ihr Blut geleckt habt, ruft an (E-Mail ist eher schlecht) und überzeugt euch persönlich! Bis dann
