Die moderne Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche mit Induktionsherd und Spülmaschine. Desweiteren gibt es 2 Schlafzimmer, von denen jedoch eins abgeschlossen sein wird.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und ist barrierefrei. Sie ist umgeben von einem großen Garten, der zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung steht (Grill, Esstisch, Stühle und Liegen vorhanden) und von allen Zimmer zugänglich ist. Bodentiefe Fenster lassen viel Licht in die Wohnung.
Eine Waschmaschine und W-Lan sind auch vorhanden. Ein Babybett und Hochstuhl kann bereitgestellt werden, wenn sie benötigt werden.

We're subletting our 1-bedroom (2-room) apartment in Friedrichshain from May 3-22.
We're on the ground floor (no stairs!) with floor-to-ceiling windows, which let in a lot of light, and a big private garden with BBQ and lounge chairs that you can access from all rooms. Please note that it is technically a 2-bedroom but one of the two bedrooms will be locked.
The apartment has a dishwasher, washing machine and of course Wifi. A baby crib and hair chair can also be provided if needed
Die Wohnung befindet sich fußläufig zur M10 Tram (3 Minuten) und U5 Frankfurter Tor (7 Minuten). Der Boxhagener Platz und viele Restaurants und Cafes sind ebenfalls innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dadurch dass die Wohnung sich im Hinterhaus befindet ist es trotzdem sehr ruhig.

The flat is well located near Frankfurter Tor station and close to Boxhagener Platz (with all the shops, restaurants, cafes, weekly market) but at the same time is very quiet as it's located in the Hinterhaus.
