We are going on holiday for 2 weeks and are therefore renting out our home over Christmas and New Year. The place is newly refurbished with a new floor, new windows, fast wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, and espresso machine all available to you. The apartment is nearly 90sqm in total but one of the rooms will remain locked for storage so we can give you more space - the remainder of the flat is approx. 75 sqm including a large bedroom with kingsize bed and balcony, and a giant living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with bathtub.
It is in one of the most desirable locations of Berlin directly on Boxhagener Platz (Friedrichshain), with plenty of restaurants, bars, and boutique shops/markets on our doorstep.
Access to trams within 1 minute, Samariter Str. U5 (5 min walk), Ostkreuz (S41, S42, cross city trains, airport express) & Warschauer Str. U1 (10 min walk).
We are happy to give advice on local attractions and things to do, it is a truly unique area of Berlin with so much to offer. This is our home and not a rental business so you can expect to enjoy the furnishings of a lived in household and we ask that you treat it accordingly.
We would like to have a skype or at least phone conversation prior to agreeing to rental, and we can offer a visual tour of the apartment!
