1-15 sep - 400€ - Huge two rooms apartment (80m2) near Warschauerstr

Hey folks,
- I am subletting my apartment in the LibauerStr. during my vacations (as a freelancer I don't get paid holiday, just need to get the rent money while I am away)...80m2, furnished, 2 big rooms (one 16m2, the other 32m2), big kitchen/bathroom. Because the flat is on the ground floor it is pretty dark, apart of that it is a great place to be :-D
- The location is also amazing...right near Warschauer Str., lots of bars, nightclubs, parcs, fleamarket and so on. The street is really cute and quiet. Plenty of supermarket nearby and great connection with the public transport.
- One thing you need to know: my flatmate is leaving on the sep 1st., the next one will move in on sep 15. so the big room (see picture) will be a bit empty. Of course I will organize a mattress, something to put the clothes, sofa and so on but it will not be exactly like on the foto and won't look super fancy.
- People who are not in Berlin right now are more than welcome to apply as long as we can chat on skype.
- I would prefer to meet the person and give the key myself before I leave (sep 1st) and could rent at least my room (maybe the all flat) from august 31st.
- Deposit has to be paid in advance (and will of course be given back on sep 15), rent has to be paid when you get the key (so at the beginning of the stay)
- Even though the flat is in a party area I do look for responsible people, who respect the place and the neighbours.
