The apartment is in a brand new building, a special eco-building project with mainly young professionals and students. it has a separate bedroom and living room, kitchen is part of the living room space and a bathroom. It is overall 40M^2, with wooden floors and floor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows (in both rooms) with automatic screens, and a nice balcony. The apartment gets as much light as possible, and with the floor heating its never really cold.
There is no washing machine or dishwasher, but the kitchen is built-in and super convenient.
Theres an elevator, cellars, underground parking for bicycles and cars, and a backyard.
The neighbours are great, theres a facebook group for all the tenants and overall a sense of community.
The building is in a super small and quiet street, between ostkreuz, samaritestr, and boxhagenerplatz, so the location is perfect, quiet but very close to everything.
