Ich vermiete die Wohnung während des Urlaubs vom 12.7. bis Anfang August. Sie liegt im Hinterhaus im vierten Stock mit Balkon. Also ruhig und sonnig dazu. Es gibt ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche, ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,60 m), ein großes Kinderzimmer mit Doppelbett (1,40 m) und ein weiteres Zimmer, das derzeit nicht genutzt wird. Dazu ein Bad und ein Gäste WC.
Für Partys und Ähnliches ist die Wohnung nicht geeignet. Am besten passen würde daher z b eine Familie.
Ueber den Preis können wir noch reden je nsch Dauer. Die 1000 Euro gelten fuer zwei Wochen. Zwei oder drei Wochen waeren natürlich am besten
Endreinigung übernehmen die Gäste.
Die Wohnung liegt in Friedrichshain nicht weit weg vom Boxhagener Platz und nahe der Ubahn.
Die Lage ist super. In Friedrichshain kann man ausgehen oder shoppen. Zur Spree ist es nah. Die U 5 fährt ganz nah ab Richtung Alexanderplatz, Brandenburger Tor und Hauptbahnhof.
