Temporary sublease for 3 months: Furnished 2.5 room top level apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain

I am subletting my (entire) bright and spacious 2.5 bedroom roof top apartment with 2 flat screen TVs, WiFi and all necessary amenities for 3 months between Sept-11th and Dec-15th 2023. The apartment is located in the rear (garden) house of a typical old residential Berlin building. Monthly rent is 1.500€, deposit are 2.700€ for 3 months.
I only rent out for the full 3 months. I only rent out to people age 30+, singles or couples, , who are tidy and used to cleaning the apartment they live in thoroughly and regularly. No kids! No shared living!

You will have access to everything that you may need for your comfortable stay: comfy and huge bed room, spacious living room, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with 2 freezers, fridge, dishwasher, terrace/balcony, washing machine, iron, fast Wi-Fi, streaming TV (Amazon, Chromecast), sports gear (Peloton, rower, Yoga gear), chamber to store your luggage.

The apartment meets modern standards, offers all of the usual comfort you would expect to feel at home, and is located in a quiet location in the garden house of the trendy restaurant district Berlin Friedrichshain.

It has parquet flooring, large sun-tilting windows and a panoramic balcony window, a modern bath with shower and bath tub, and a kitchen with access to the living room. The living area gives access to a cozy little terrace overlooking the yard.

Non smoking apartment (smoking on terrace is permitted). No pets, no kids, please.
No over night visitors/guests & family staying for a visit. Maximum amount of people allowed to stay is: 2.
No parties, loud music in the apartment or loud noise or phone calls on the balcony.
I only sublease to people older than 30 years, who are tidy and used to cleaning the apartment they live in thoroughly and regularly.

• Workout equipment: Spinning bike (Peloton), rower, Yoga equipment and dumbbells can be used.
