Ich bin Photo- und Content Producer immer viel unterwegs. Aufgrund einer erneuten Reise, vermiete ich daher meine 2-Zimmer Wohnung gegenüber der Elsenbrücke in Friedrichshain für 2 Monate unter.
Zeitraum wäre 26. Januar 2020 bis 31. März 2020, also 2 Monate.
Die Wohnung hat ca. 68 Quadratmeter, hohe Decken, Stuck, sanierter Altbau, neue 3-Glas Fenster, Balkon mit Blick auf die Spree, voll ausgestattete Küche, die per Doppelflügeltür ins Wohnzimmer übergeht. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Waschmaschine. Schlafzimmer geht zum ruhigen Hinterhof nach hinten raus. Doppelbett, Futon-niedrig. Die Wohnung ist ausgestattet wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
( Wichtige Info: Es gibt kein WiFi in der Wohnung; dieses kann man aber montatlich über einen Telekom-Hotspot beziehen oder, so wie ich, WiFi einfach über sein Handy als Hotspot beziehen.
Schräg gegenüber der Wohnung hat auch ein Co-Working-Space der Kette WeWork eröffnet.
Treptower Park und die Rummelsburg liegen ebenso wie die Halbinsel Stralau, der Club Wilde Renate direkt vor der Tür.
S-Bahn Ostkreuz in 10 Minuten Fußweg und die S-Bahn Station Treptower Park kann man vom Balkon aus sehen. Die Miete pro Monat sind inkl. aller Nebenkosten wie Wasser, Heizung, Müllabfuhr, GEZ etc. kostet 850,00 Euro.
Lidl und Netto direkt vor Ort, Späti und Geldautomat direkt unten vor dem Haus.
Rauchen nur auf dem Balkon.

Hi everyone,
I am a digital content producer and travel often for work. Therefore I sublet my 2-room apartment once more for 2 months, starting end of january 2020 end of march 2020. The apartment is around 68 square meters and lays directly opposite the Elsen-Bridge in Friedrichshain. Next to the electro-club Salon zur Wilde Renate and the spacious Treptower Park, the Spree-island Stralau and the Rummelsburg bay. The S-Bahn station Treptower Park you can see from the balcony, it's a 4 minutes walk and the station Ostkreuz to the other side, is a quick 10 minutes walk.
Beautiful place with high ceilings and big south-east windows facing and overlooking the Spree river and providing light and often bright sunlight all day long.
my furniture is like in the attached pictures. Instead of a sofa I have a mattress and pillows on the floor of the licing room.
The living room is big and the kitchen connects to the living room via old-style double doors. the bedroom lays towards the silent backyard of the building and a bath with shower and washing machine is there too.
Warning: There is no internet/WiFi in my flat. I canceled it because it was always so shitty, that internet via my phone hotspot worked much faster. There's also the possibility to connect on a month-to-month tariff with a hotspot provided by German Telekom.
2 supermarkets, Lidl and Netto, near by, a Späti shop and an ATM right downstairs.
The rent, all bills included is 850,00 Euros per month, and I'll take a deposit of 300 Euros, just in case you run away with my keys. Otherwise, you'll get it back guaranteed.
Smoking, please, only on the balcony. I know it's cold, but ....
