Wir möchten unsere gemütlich- eingerichtete 2 Zimmer-Wohnung in der Zeit vom 07.04.2019 bis 31.03.2020 in Berlin Friedrichshain vermieten. Die Wohnung ist möbliert und verfügt über einen kleinen Gemeinschaftsgarten, in dem im Sommer entspannt und gegrillt werden kann.
S- und U- Bahn sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars/Clubs, Restaurants und Cafes befinden sich in direkter Nähe (Warschauer Straße oder Ostkreuz).
Im Mietpreis enthalten sind bereits alle Nebenkosten, WLAN sowie eine komplett zu nutzende Küchenausstattung und Waschmaschine. Die monatlichen Kosten betragen 750€. Wir werden einen Untermietvertrag erstellen und eine Kaution in Höhe von 500€ einfordern.
Bei Interesse würden wir uns über eine kurze Mail von Euch freuen, damit wir Besichtigungstermine vereinbaren können.

We would like to rent our comfortably furnished 2 room apartment in Berlin Friedrichshain from 07.04.2019 to 31.03.2020. The apartment is furnished and has a small community garden, where you can relax and grill in summer.
S- and U-Bahn as well as various shopping facilities, bars/clubs, restaurants and cafes are directly in the neighbourhood (Warschauer Straße or Ostkreuz).
The rental price already includes all additional costs, WLAN as well as a complete kitchen equipment and washing machine. The monthly costs are 750€. We will draw up a sublease contract and demand a deposit of 500€.
