Hi, I am renting out a typical Berlin Altbau flat in the third floor. The 2 room flat is nice and quiet and located in an old town house in Friedrichshain. The flat is available immediately until the end of September (I got a certain flexibility here - just ask).
One bedroom with queen sized bed, desk, wardrobe and a good sized balcony.
The living room has a couch, an arm chair, small table for dining and gives access the second balcony, which is perfect for having breakfast in the mornings.
The kitchen comes with all cooking utensils, glassware and basic cooking stuff (spices etc). We are in the process of installing also a brand new gas stove and a dishwasher.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
The flat has a washing machine and WiFi.

Great neighbourhood (Scharnweberstr. between Samariter Kiez and Traveplatz) with many small shops and good restaurants, bars and cafes and a big super market nearby as well as the Ring Center.

The rent is all inclusive (e.g. heating, warm water, WIFI). Security deposit 1000 EUR, a fee of 30 EUR for cleaning of the flat when you leave will be withheld from deposit. Registration with the Bürgeramt is of course possible.
