We rent our apartment from 30.08.2019 to the 15.09.2019 - Price for 16 days : 510 euros
Our apartment has 1 big bedroom with 2 windows (courtyard), 1 living room with comfy sofa and armchair and access to a first balcony, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher) with access to the second balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and a washing machine.
We renovated the apartment 2 years ago, floor and paint, so it's in excellent state.
The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator. The two balconies give you a nice view on the small park (with playground) below. There is no vis-a-vis, just the big sky to watch, and sun until noon.
The building is very quiet, we never hear the neighbor.
Internet is included.

Unsere Wohnung verfügt über 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit 2 Fenstern (Innenhof), 1 Wohnzimmer mit bequemem Sofa und Sessel und Zugang zu einem ersten Balkon, eine ausgestattete Küche (Spülmaschine) mit Zugang zum zweiten Balkon. Das Badezimmer ist mit einer Badewanne und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Wir haben die Wohnung vor 2 Jahren renoviert, Boden und Farbe, so dass es in ausgezeichnetem Zustand ist.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im vierten Stock mit Aufzug. Die zwei Balkone bieten einen schönen Blick auf den kleinen Park (mit Spielplatz). Es gibt kein Gegenüber, nur den großen Himmel und die Sonne bis zum Mittag.
Das Gebäude ist sehr ruhig, wir hören nie den Nachbarn.

You are 2 minutes from the tram station (M10) which connect the U5 Frankfurter Tor station (10 minutes by foot), Warschauer Strasse station, and Prenzlauer Berg.
The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, but you're not far from the animation of Boxhagener Platz (10 minutes by bike). A great pizzeria and italien restaurant are 2 minutes away by foot, an asian restaurant and a hungarian restaurant are 1 minute away, a great burger place and a café 5 minutes away. You will also find a Edeka Supermarket and a bio market 5 minutes away. The Friedrichshain Volkspark is 12 minutes by foot.
