wir werden fuer ein paar Monate reisen, deshalb vermieten wir unsere wunderschoehne und moeblieter Wohnung vom 22. Mai bis 10. Juli unter.
Der Preis beinhaltet alles, was man so braucht (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet). Es sind 75m2 mit Schlafzimmer, einem grossen Wohnzimmer, Kueche und Bad (mit Waschmaschine und Geschirrspueler). Und Balkon mit Morgensonne.
Die Wohnung befindet sich 10 Minuten Fussweg von der Ringbahn Station Frankfurter Allee und der Ubahn Station Samariterstrasse. Ganz in der Naehe ist der Boxhagener Platz mit vielen Bars, Restaurants und Cafes.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und es sind leider keine Haustiere erlaubt. Die Wohnung ist nicht WG-geeignet, deshalb bitte nur Paerchen oder Einzelpersonen.

as we are traveling for some time, that's why we are renting out our beautiful furnished apartment from 22.05.2020 until 10.07.2020.
The rental price includes all utilities (electricity, heating, water, internet). It's a 75 m2 flat with 1 bedroom, 1 big living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with both a washing machine and dishwasher. Also a balcony with morning sun.
The flat is within 10 minutes walk from S+U (U5 Samariterstrasse and Ringbahn Frankfurter Allee) and 10 minutes from Boxhagener Platz. The area is a very vibrant part of Berlin close to some lively bars, delicious restaurants and relaxing cafés and grocery stores.
No smoking and no pets, please. The flat is not suitable as a flatshare so either for a single person or couples.
