Hallo Alle,

wir suchen verlässliche, freundliche und ruhige Zwischenmieter für unsere Studio-Wohnung. Sie befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, allerdings im Hinterhof wodurch man keinen unerwünschten Blicken von der Straße ausgesetzt ist. Das Studio ist im Herzen von Friedrichshain an der Frankfurter Allee und hat ein Schlafzimmer, eine offene Wohnküche und eine kleine Gartenterasse. Das Studio ist komplett möbliert (Wifi, Smart TV, voll ausgestatte Küche, Schlafzimmer etc.) und sowohl mit Waschmaschine als auch Spülmaschine ausgestattet. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.

we are looking for reliable, friendly and quiet sub-tenants for our studio apartment. It is located on the ground floor, but in the backyard so that you are not exposed to unwanted glances from the street. The studio is in the heart of Friedrichshain on Frankfurter Allee and has a bedroom, an open kitchen/living-room and a small garden terrace. The studio is fully furnished (Wifi, Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, etc.) and equipped with both a washing machine and a dishwasher. No smoking in the apartment.
