I'm renting my apartment in Friedrichshain. The apartment is 50sqm with a balcony, and completely furnished; kitchen with all the appliances (gas cooking stove, dish washer, fridge, freezer); living room with a large sofa (Habitat), 55‘ smart tv, dining table, bedroom with a double bed and a big closet.
It has also a new washing machine and a dryer.
There is of course Wi-Fi in the apartment.
The balcony has a sofa as well and it is just an amazing spot to spend your summery days :)
The apartment itself was ground renovated a year ago, and beautifully furnished with minimalistic furnitures.
The rent is 1,800 euro per month, all included. However, the new tenant needs to make a new contract with gas and electricity (*therefore, gas and electricity are not included in the rent). 2 months deposit is required.
It is also suitable for a couple.
It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, very well connected and safe.
- S bahn Landsberger Alee (S41/S42, S8,S85) is 7 min away by walk
- Tram (M10, M5, M6, M8) 5 min away by walk
So you can reach Alexsanderplazt or Boxi within 15 min.
Few supermarkets (REWE, Netto), and DM are of course within walking distance.
Postoffice, bio-market, nice restaurants and cafes are on the same street, just 1 min walk.
Big plus is the Volkspark Friedrichshain is around the corner - 5min away!
The contract is for 1 year. Extension can be discussed before the initial contract ends.
Moving in is possible from 18th April 2022.
As I put a lot of effort into this apartment, I'm looking for someone reliable, organised, and can take very very good care of the apartment!
