da ich für 2 Monate im Ausland bin, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung im Herzen des Szene Bezirks Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr nahe am Boxhagener Platz und alle Restaurants und die besten Clubs der Stadt sind sehr um die Ecke. Hier findest Du von Vegan bis Haxe alle Restaurants die es geben kann.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer Grünen Straße, im 3ten OG in einer Ruhigen Straße im Vorderhaus und ist hell und freundlich. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten von Bio bis Aldi sind in 5 Minuten zu erlaufen.
Ich würde diese Wohnung gerne an eine ordentliche Person – gern auch Pärchen vermieten, die respektvoll mit den Dingen anderer umgeht.
Sehr gute Anbindung and die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel:
U-Bahn U5 Samariter Straße / 5 Minuten Gehweg
S-Bahn M10 / 10 Minuten Gehweg
S-Bahn und Bahnhof / komplette Verbindung Ostkreuz 5 Minuten Gehweg
25 Minuten mit dem Regional-Express zum Flughafen Berlin-Brandenburg
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet und hat alles Was man zum Leben benötig. Du musst also nur deine privaten Klamotten mitbringen.

Hi Guys,
As I will be 2 Month abroad, I’m renting out my lovely 2 room flat at the heard of
trendy and cool Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg.
The flat is super close to the busy and lovely Boxhagener Platz and all restaurants and the best clubs of the city are just around the corner. You will find everything – from vegan to pig knuckle right around the corner.
The Flat is situated in a green and quiet street at the 3rd floor.
All shopping from Discounter to organic food is within a 5-minute walk. #
I would like to rent the flat to a tidy person, or couple who knows how to respect other people’s belongings.
Great connection to public Transport:
U-Bahn U5 Samariter Straße / SUBWAY 5 minutes walk
S-Bahn M10 / TRAM 10 minutes walk
