Zwischenmiete "ruhige Insel" in Berlin Friedrichshain

Wir (ich Hebamme & Klinikclown und mein Sohn 18 Jahre) suchen jemanden, der während unseres Sommerurlaubes unsere Wohnung bewohnt. Von den 3 Zimmern würden wir 1. Zimmer untervermieten. (Es ist 12 m2 und hat Ausblick in den ruhigen Hinterhof.)
Die insg. grosse (97 m2) und helle Wohnung hat mit 25 m2 Wohnküche und grossem Bad im 4.OG. den Charakter einer "ruhigen Insel" mitten im Szene - Kiez Berlin - Friedrichshain. Das möblierte Zi. kann für die kommenden 3 Wochen bewohnt werden. In der Wohnung gibt es neben meinem eigenen Zimmer auch mein Praxiszimmer mit einen sonnigen Balkon (das tagsüber stundenweise von einer Kollegin genutzt wird.) Wenn es gerade nicht genutzt wird, kann der Balkon ebenso benutzt werden.
Mindestmietdauer: 1 Woche. (300 Euro/ 7 Tage 500 Euro/ 2 Wo. 700 Euro/ 3 Wo. )
Je nachdem, was Einzelne buchen können und wollen, können ggf. auch zwei Personen hier wohnen (Preis dann nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Fürsorge eingerichtet, wir bitten um respektvollen Umgang.

we (me a midwife and my 17-year-old son) are looking for someone to live in our apartment during our summer vacation. Of 3 available rooms, we will sublet one room. (It is 12 m2 and has a view into the quiet backyard.)
The overall large (97 m2) and bright apartment with 25 m2 has a kitchen-living room and a large bathroom on the 4th floor. the character of a "quiet island" in the middle of the attractive area in Berlin - Friedrichshain. The furnished room can be occupied for 3 weeks. In addition to my own room, the apartment has another room with a sunny balcony (this is my practice room, in which I usually give massages and which is used by a colleague just some hours during day time from July 14th to 29th ) When she is not using it you have as well access to the balcony.
Minimum rental period: 1 week. (300 Euro/ 7 days, 500 euro/2 weeks, 700 euro/ 3 weeks.)
Depending on what you are looking for two people can eventually also live here (price then by arrangement).
