Vacation/ Rental "Spacious Island" in Berlin Friedrichshain Urlaub/ Zwischenmiete "ruhige Insel" in Berlin Friedrichshain

I'm looking for nice roommates to rent for 12 days during summer holidays (I'm a massage therapeuthin. A friend uses one of the other rooms for hours.
Otherwise the whole whig is free)
Of the 3 rooms, the furnished room of my 19 year old son can be inhabited at this time. (It is 12 m2 and has views to the quiet backyard.)
The large (97 m2) and bright apartment has the character of a "smooth island" in the middle of the scene - Kiez Berlin - Friedrichshain with 25 m2 of kitchen and large bathroom. The furnished ore can be inhabited for 12 days, possibly also beyond. In the apartment there is, besides my own room, also my practice room with a sunny balcony (which, as I said, is used hours by my colleague during the day).
If it is not currently used, the balcony can also be used
Minimum rental period: 10 days (780 €/ 10 days - 900 €/ 12 days)
Payment for the entire rental period is due upon receipt. A deposit of 200 € will be payable at the time of the decision in this limited period of time.
Depending on what individuals can book and want, two people can also live here (price by arrangement).
The apartment is furnished with much love and care, we ask for respectful handling.

The furnished room can be occupied for 12 days, or even longer if necessary. In addition to my own room, the apartment so has my practice room with a sunny balcony (which, as I said, is used by my colleague on an hourly basic during the day).
When it is not in use, the balcony can be used

Payment for the entire rental period is due on moving in. A deposit of 200 € is due when determining to move in during this limited period.

Ich suche nette Mitbewohner*innen zur Zwischenmiete für 12 Tage während des Sommerurlaubes (Ich bin Massagetherapeuthin. Eine Freundin benutzt tagsüber stundenweise eins der anderen Zimmer.
Ansonsten ist die gesamte Whg. frei)
Von den 3 Zimmern kann das möblierte Zimmer meines 19 jährigen Sohnes in dieser Zeit bewohnt werden. (Es ist 12 m2 und hat Ausblick in den ruhigen Hinterhof.)
Die insg. grosse (97 m2) und helle Wohnung hat mit 25 m2 Wohnküche und grossem Bad im 4.OG. den Charakter einer "ruhigen Insel" mitten im Szene - Kiez Berlin - Friedrichshain. Das möblierte Zi. kann für 12 Tage bewohnt werden, ggf. auch darüber hinaus. In der Wohnung gibt es neben meinem eigenen Zimmer auch mein Praxiszimmer mit einen sonnigen Balkon (das wie gesagt tagsüber stundenweise von meiner Kollegin genutzt wird.)
Wenn es gerade nicht genutzt wird, kann der Balkon ebenso benutzt werden
Mindestmietdauer: 10 Tage (780 €/ 10 Tage - 900 €/ 12 Tage)
Die Zahlung für die gesamte Mietdauer ist bei Einzug fällig. Eine Kaution von 200 € wird fällig bei der Entscheidung in dieser befristeten Zeit einzuziehen-
Je nachdem, was Einzelpersonen buchen können und wollen, können auch zwei Personen hier wohnen (Preis nach Absprache).
Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt eingerichtet, wir bitten um respektvollen Umgang.
