Die 3-Zi Wohnung ist 73m2, mobliert, komplett mit Kueche (Spulmaschine, Waschmaschine usw). Es gibt 1 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, und ein Durchgangszimmer, dass am Moment ein Esszimmer/Buero ist. Es ist fuer ein Person oder ein Paar geeignet. Es ist am 6 OG mit Aufzug.
Es gibt 2 suesse Katzen, dass in der Wohnung bleibt. Sie muessen nicht fuer sie kaufen, nur fuettern und kuscheln :)
Der Miete ist 1150pm inkl. Strom, Internet usw.
The apartment is 73m2 with 3 rooms, fully furnished, full inbuilt kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine etc. ideal for a non-smoking single person or couple. There is one bedroom, one living room, and the last room is currently used as a dining room and office. The apartment is on the 6th floor but there is a lift! The apartment is also home to two lovely cats who will be staying here while I am away. I will provide everything they need for the time I am gone, they just require feeding and cuddles. :) The rent is 1150pm, including all utilities including electricity and internet. I also have Netflix on my TV that you can use. If you have any questions or would like to come and take a look, let me know!
Neben S+U Frankfurter Allee (Ringbahn, U5, M13 & 21 Tram), die Wohnung ist nahe verschiedene Bars/Restaurants und der Ringcenter. Es gibt auch viele Supermaerkten in der naehe - Lidl, Netto, Kaufland Aldi und 2 Edeka. Direkt im Harz von Friedrichshain aber ruhig.
Right by Frankfurter Allee s&u-bahn on a quiet side street, close to the Ringcenter, various supermarkets and bars/restaurants. There is Lidl, Netto, Kaufland, Aldi and 2 Edekas all within 5 minutes walk. Being close to Frankfurter Allee means you are right on the ringbahn and U5, as well as the 21 and M13 trams. You are direct in the heart of Friedrichshain while still being quiet.
Die genaue Datum einzuzehen ist ein bisschen flexibel. Die Wohnung ist von April bis Juni verfuegbar. Sie koennen zwischen 01.04-10.04 einziehen, und zwischen 17.06-30.06 ausziehen. Die Miete ist 1150pm (oder Teilmonat, wie kalkuliert) mit 1 Monat Kaution, dass ich werde am Ausziehung zurueckgeben. Es ist wichtig, dass Sie den ganzen Zeit bleiben koennen, weil die Katzen Betreuung brauchen. Diese Untermietung ist erlaubt. Sie muessen ein Kopie Ihrer Ausweis geben und ein Formular ausfuellen.

The move in date is a little flexible. The apartment is available from April until June. Move-in between 1st-10th April and move out 17-30th June. Rent is 1150 EUR per month (or pro rata accordingly) with one month deposit to be repaid immediately upon move-out. It's really important that you are able to stay the whole time as the cats need to be looked after the entire time I am away. This is a permitted sublet, you will need to provide a copy of your ID and fill in a form for the landlord.
