Beautiful, bright furnished apartment for 5 week sublet

We are renting our beautiful home in Berlin from the 12th August till 20th September, with possibility to extend, as we will be working abroad.

The apartment is well laid out on the 2nd floor of the front house. It is suitable for a couple or a single person and is fully furnished with quality pieces and extra amenities.

There is an entry room with coat rack, bench and shoe storage, plus an extra storage room that you may use.

The kitchen is properly built in and fully equipped with quiet dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, moka pot, cold-press juicer, pantry with basics, and any equipment you might need for baking and cooking.

The living room is spacious and light filled, facing the street which has little traffic. There is a large dining table and chairs, big and comfortable corner sofa, 4K projector with a remote-controlled screen mounted on the wall (suitable for daytime screenings too), record player, sound system (with bluetooth connection), thermal window blinds for a complete home cinema experience.

The bathroom is bright and spacious with a large tub, rain shower, quiet washing machine and clothes horse.

The bedroom faces into the back yard and is very cool in the summer and quiet. It has a firm 160x200 pocket spring mattress and plenty of clothing storage with drawers and hanging space. By the window there is an electric height-adjustable desk, with a chair and an anti-fatigue standing mat – perfect for working from home.

The wifi is fast, 100 Mbps. Each room is fitted with smart lights that can be adjusted both in intensity and colour via remote control or a smartphone. There are several plants spread across the flat which are easy to care for and require a little water once every 2-3 weeks.

There is an extra room that won't be accessible where we will store our belongings.
