Die Wohnung im ersten Stock hat ein helles, geräumiges Wohnzimmer, mit angrenzendem Balkon zur Stralauer Allee (es gibt eine Baustelle gegenüber!). Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich auch eine kleine Hochebene/Hochbett. Die Küche ist ebenfalls geräumig, super zum gemeinsamen Kochen und anschließenden Essen am großen Esstisch.
Das kleinere Schlafzimmer und das Bad gehen zum Hinterhof raus, dort ist es also ruhiger.
Da wir die Wohnung nur für kurze Zeit zwischenvermieten, ist sie komplett möbliert und ausgestattet und unsere persönlichen Dinge sind auch noch hier. Wir machen aber natürlich soviel Platz wie möglich für euch. Wir suchen jemanden (gerne Paare), der*die auf die Wohnung gut aufpasst während wir weg sind und würden uns sehr freuen, wenn ihr unsere Pflanzen ab und zu gießt :)
Sorry dass es noch kein Bild vom Schlafzimmer gibt, irgendwie war unser Sohn immer dann schlafen, wenn ich ein Foto machen wollte... Bilder folgen ;)

The flat is on the first floor and has a spacious, luminous living room, with a small bunk bed and an adajacent balcony going out to Stralauer Allee (there is a construction site opposite of the flat!). The kitchen is spacious as well, perfectly suitable to cook together and later enjoy your meal at the large dinner table.
The smaller bedroom and bathroom are facing the backyard, so it's nice and silent :)
As we're subletting the flat just for a short period, it comes furnished and fitted with everything, and also our personal stuff will still be here. Of course we'll make as much space for you as possible. We're looking for someone (preferably couples) to take good care of our flat while we're gone and we'd be very happy if you'd water our plants while you stay as well :)
Die Wohnung liegt fast mittig zwischen den Ringbahnstationen Ostkreuz und Treptower Park, beide Stationen sind ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es fahren außerdem Busse nach Nord und Süd (am Markgrafendamm) und mit dem Rad seid ihr super schnell in Friedrichshain, Rummelsburg, Neukölln etc., da ihr sozusagen am süd-östlichsten Zipfel vom Friedrichshain wohnen werdet.
Zum Einkaufen gibt es einen großen neuen Lidl, einen Edeka und einen Netto, was das Herz begehrt. Für den schnellen Hunger werdet ihr euch bestimmt mit dem Kobani Imbiss anfreunden, der direkt unter der Wohnung ist.
Zum Spazieren gehen ist Stralau und die Bucht nicht weit, oder auch der Treptower Park :)

The flat is located halfways between Ringbahnstations Ostkreuz and Treptower Park, both station are about 10 minutes on foot. There are also buses going (north-south-bound, at Markgrafendamm) and you can reach F-hain, Rummelsburg or Neukölln easily by bike, as the flat is located in the south-eastern corner of Friedrichshain.
Groceries can be bought in Lidl, Edeka or Netto, all about less than 5 minutes on foot. Also, there's 'Kobani imbiss' right downstairs for those who are too hungry.
Stralau and Rummelsbucht are very close to take a nice walk, or you cross the bridge over to Treptower Park :)
Wir entschuldigen uns schonmal, weil wir es sicherlich nicht schaffen werden, auf alle Nachrichten zu antworten! Seid uns bitte nicht böse. Wir entscheiden nach Schnelligkeit, aber auch danach, wie gut ihr zu unserer Wohnung passt. Wir suchen nach entspannten, erwachsenen Zwischenmieter*innen, denen wir vertrauen, auf unsere Wohnung und unsere Sachen gut aufzupassen, da wir natürlich mit unserem kleinen Sohn in ein wohlbehaltenes Zuhause zurückkehren möchten :) Also suchen wir nach jemandem, der*die sich in unserer Wohnung zu Hause fühlt! Gern Paare, ist aber kein Muss :)
Eine Besichtigung vorab ist natürlich auch möglich und willkommen!

We're already sorry, as we know that we won't be able to answer to all messages!
We will decide on who answers first, but also on how well you will fit into our flat. We're looking for relaxed, mature renters, who we can trust to be good to our flat and our things, as of course we and our small son want to come home to a nice house :) So we're looking for someone who feels at home in our place! Couples are welcome, but not mandatory :)
Visiting the flat upfront is possible and welcome!
