The flat is fully furnished, and is ideal for a couple, or a family, or someone who needs peace and quiet and work from home.
The flat has a very relaxed atmosphere despite being in a very vibrant and central area.
The flat is bright and spacious, with 2 sleeping rooms, one extra room, and two bathrooms with shower / tub.
It has two large queen sized beds with bedding, and everything else you might need associated with sleeping, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The flat is open in both directions, which gives it a very airy feel.

The flat is a peaceful and quiet haven elevated over the busy streets of Friedrichshain filled with restaurants and shopping. With only a 5 minute walk to the well connected train station Ostkreuz you can easily access the airports or other parts of Berlin. Aldi, Lidl and Penny are also only a couple of minutes away.
Everything that you might need is available in the flat such as a fully equipped kitchen with dish washer,
blender, coffee maker, toaster, water carbonator, etc.
In the living room there is a projector which you can use to watch movies and relax in the sofas.
There are two working desks, with one external screen, as well as one printer.
The internet is the fastest option possible with 1000 Mbit speed.
