I am subletting my appartment from 1st of January until 31st of January 2023. You can rent it for the whole time or seperate weeks.
My flat is fully furnished and is situated in beautiful and vibrant Friedrichshain. It has 1 bedroom and 1 livingroom/office, a small bathroom with a shower and a kitchen. The kitchen has all modern amenities ( dishwasher etc.). The bathroom has a shower only and is slightly dated.
*Rental timeframe is flexible but minimum 14 days (timeframe between 1st of January 2023 and 31st of January 2023, potentially 28th of February)
Rent is EUR 1350 per month - pro rated if you only stay for some weeks etc.
*Deposit is 500 EUR
*MAXIMUM 2 people
The flat is very quiet and spacious despite being very close to plenty of bars, clubs and other sites of interest ( e.g. East Side Gallery). Please note that no parties are allowed in the flat as the relationship with the neighbours is precious and shall stay like this.
