70m2 Friedrichshain zur Zwischenmiete | Interim rent | 26.3.-3.6.

Wir vermieten unsere schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Berlin (Friedrichshain, Samariterstraße) vom 21. März bis zum 3. Juni unter, während wir im Urlaub sind. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, hat zwei große Zimmer von je 24m2 (Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer) mit angrenzendem Balkon, eine separate Küche und ein Badezimmer. Das Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (2x1,6m) ausgestattet und die Couch im Wohnzimmer kann entweder in L-Form arrangiert werden oder zu einem großen Gästebett (2x2m) bzw. als großes Daybed / Chillspace umfunktioniert werden. Die ganze Wohnung ist mit verbundenen Sonos Lautsprechern ausgestattet; das Wohnzimmer verfügt neben einem E-Piano über einem schönen großen Flachbildschirm "Samsung The Frame", der im ausgeschalteten Betrieb statt schwarzem Bildschirm ein Kunstbild anzeigt.

Friedrichshain ist ein sehr beliebter Bezirk in Berlin mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und kleinen Geschäften überall. Supermärkte und die U-Bahn-Station (U5 - Samariterstraße) sind alle super nah an unserer Wohnung.

Die Miete beträgt 1.600 € pro Monat (dies sind die tatsächlichen Kosten, die auch wir zahlen). Hinzukommen 500€ als Kaution.

Wir haben eine Putzfrau, die alle 2 Wochen zu uns kommt und die Wohnung für 3h reinigt. Dies kostet 51€ pro Termin. Es wäre super, wenn die Putzfrau mit übernommen werden könnte, damit sie die Aufträge nicht verliert. Falls daran kein Interesse, können wir darüber auch sprechen.

We are subletting our beautiful apartment in the centre of Berlin (Friedrichshain, Samariterstraße) from 21st of March to the 3rd of June while we are on holidays. The apartment comes fully furnished, has two big rooms of each 24m2 (living room and bedroom) with an adjacent balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The bedroom comes with a queen-size bed (2x1,6m) and the couch in the living room can also be turned into a big bed for guest (easily fits two people) (2x2m) or just a big daybed / chill space :) The whole apartment is equipped with connected Sonos speakers; the living room, in addition to an e-piano, has a beautiful large flat screen "Samsung The Frame", which displays an art image instead of a black screen when switched off.

Friedrichshain is a very popular district in Berlin with lots of restaurants, bars, little shops everywhere. Supermarkets and the subway station (U5 - Samariterstraße) are all super close to our apartment.

The rent is 1.600 € per month (which is no more than what we pay too). Additionally, we will ask for 500€ as a deposit.

We have a cleaning lady who comes to us every 2 weeks and cleans the entire apartment for 3h. This costs 51€ per appointment. It would be great if the cleaning lady could be taken over so that she does't lose the income. If there is no interest in this, we can also talk about it.
