Zusätzlich gibt es einen Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine. Das Bad hat eine Badewanne und separate „Wasserfalldusche“. Der Couchtisch ist etwas provisorisch und die Matratze (Emma One) liegt aktuell noch auf dem Boden, werde aber bis zur Vermietung versuchen noch ein Bettgestell und Ersatztisch zu finden. Die komplette Wohnung ist mit Bodenheizung ausgestattet.
Zur Lage:
Nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß zur S Ringbahn + U5 Frankfurter Allee entfernt mit diversen Einkaufsmöglich, Restaurants und Bars in der direkten Umgebung.
I would like to sublet my apartment for 2 months (March+April). The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils. In addition, there is a storage room with washing machine. The bathroom has a bathtub and separate "waterfall shower". The coffee table is a bit provisional, and the mattress (Emma One) is currently still on the floor, but will try to find a bed frame and replacement table until the rental. The entire apartment is equipped with floor heating.
About the location:
Only a few minute’s walk to the S Ringbahn + U5 Frankfurter Allee away with various shopping opportunities, restaurants and bars in the direct surrounding area.
