Hallo,
Wir (ein Pärchen) sind für 5 Wochen auf Workation und wollen unsere wunderschöne 3 Zimmer Wohnung vom 15 April bis 21 Mai weitervermieten.
Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Balkon nach vorne Raus und einen großen nach hinten raus.
Das Haus hat einen großen Gemeinschaftsgarten der mitbenutzt werden darf - perfekt für entspannte Sonnentage da die südliche Ausrichtung den ganzen Tag Wärme bietet.
Die drei Zimmer sind mit allen Möbeln ausgestattet die man so benötigen würde, Sofa mit Fernseher (+Apple TV),
Arbeitsplatz mit super schnellen 1Gb/s Internet, Esszimmer mit genügend Stühlen für ein großes Dinner,
Schlafzimmer mit großen Boxspringbett, Vollausgestattete Küche, sowie Badezimmer mit Badewanne.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist im hippen Samariterkiez, perfekt wenn man abends auf ein paar Drinks losziehen will aber dennoch ruhig schlafen will.
Gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es mehrere Supermärkte die von Hoch qualitativer (Frischeparadies) bis günstiger Ware (Lidl /Lidl) alles anbieten was das Herz begehrt.
Vor dem Haus hält die Straßenbahn und innerhalb von 5min ist man bei der Ringbahn/ U-Bahn welche eine Direktverbindung zum HBf bietet.

Hello,
We (a couple) are on Workation for 5 weeks and want to sublet our beautiful 3 room apartment from April 15 to May 21.
The apartment has a small balcony to the front and a large one to the back.
The house has a large communal garden that can be used - perfect for relaxing on sunny days as it is directed to the south and thus provides warmth all day.
The three rooms are equipped with all the furniture you would need, sofa with TV (+Apple TV),
Workstation with super fast 1Gb/s internet, dining room with enough chairs for a big dinner,
Bedroom with large box spring bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub.
The location of the apartment is in the hip Samariterkiez, perfect if you want to go out for a few drinks in the evening but still want to sleep quietly.
Opposite the apartment there are several supermarkets that offer everything from high quality (Frischeparadies) to cheap goods (Lidl / Rewe) whatever the heart desires.
In front of the house stops the Tram and within 5min walking you are at the Ringbahn / U-Bahn which offers a direct connection to the HBf.
