Hello! :)
Cosy apartment in Friedrichshain available for rent for circa 3 weeks between the 9th and the 28th of April. The apartment is located on the 1st floor up, on a quiet street between the Straßmannstraße (M10) and Weberwiese (U5) stops. It consists of a bright living room/bedromm, a separated kitchen, a little entrance corridor and a bathroom. The flat is fully equipped (+washing machine a little dishwasher), you just have to drop your luggage and you‘re good to go.
On the picture you can see a mess of boxes and bags that won‘t be here when you arrive. We used that place as a temporary shelter between two flats so all of that stuff from the previous flat will be moved into the new one before your arrival. You‘ll have plenty of room for yourself or as a couple. :)
No anmeldung is possible since the main tenant is coming back on the 28th.
