I will be renting my wonderful, clean, and comfortable furnished apartment while I am abroad between December 2018 and January 2019 and am looking for someone trustworthy who will enjoy living here as much as I do to take care of it (and my plants) while I am away.
It is a 2-room Altbau apartment that was just renovated before I moved in earlier this year. There is a big living room with a very large couch on one side and dining table on the other, a small bedroom (not pictured), kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub.
The apartment is well-located on the U8 near U-Pankstrasse (about a 10 min bike ride from Mauerpark and 5 minutes from Gesundbrunnen and Humbolthain).
Exact dates are flexible.

Rent: 180 Euro/week or 850 Euro for the full 5 weeks.
