The apartment is located in the Gesundbrunnen area, very nice neighbourhood in summertime. It is close to Kakadu community kitchen & bar, the pankow river and it's greenery, ping-pong tables, the lovely Wilma (more unique secret restaurants and bars comes with the flat) and close to more well-known attractions such as Mauerpark and Schönhauser allee.
Close to Borholmer Strasse S banh, Gesundbrunnen U-Banh, M13/50 Tram, or 128 Bus.
The apartment belongs to a traveller that goes away here and there. Reason why it is interesting for a traveller to live in a Berliner house.
It can come with one or two bicycles if you are careful people.
Basic things such a s aelection of Spätis around, and Penny/Lidl supermarkets walking distance.
