The apartment is located in Gesundbrunnen. The S-Bahn station Wollankstraße is only 6 minutes away on foot. The tram is a 10min walk and busses come regularly. Grocery stores, pharmacies and other shops are within 2 min walking distance.
The area around the apartment is very green and safe. The building is situated away from the street and it is wonderfully quiet. There are a number of parks and forests close by.
The apartment itself is bright, lovingly decorated and clean. It has a full kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and home office. There is an enclosed garden that is exclusively for your use!
I am looking for a short-term tenant that will be respectful of my space. The rent is quoted per month. I also have many plants in the apartment and would appreciate if you could take care whilst I am away! Please get in touch, I'd love to meet you!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Gesundbrunnen. Der S-Bahnhof Wollankstraße ist nur 6 Minuten entfernt. Die Straßenbahn ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und Busse kommen regelmäßig. Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheken und andere Geschäfte sind in 2 min zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist sehr grün und sicher. Das Gebäude liegt abseits der Straße und es ist unglaublich ruhig. Es gibt eine Reihe von Parks und Wäldern in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung selbst ist hell, liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Sie verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer, ein Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Arbeitszimmer. Es gibt einen Garten, der ausschließlich für Sie zur Verfügung steht!
Ich suche nach ruhigen, ordentlichen Menschen, die ein echtes zu Hause suchen, in dem sie sich wohl fühlen und das sie pflegen. Die angegebene Miete ist pro Monat. Ich würde dich/euch auch gerne persönlich bei einer Besichtigung kennenlernen.
