Ich bin für einen Monat auf Reisen und vermiete meine super schöne Wohnung in Grünau. Ich werde das andere Zimmer als Abstellraum nutzen, während ich weg bin, aber der Rest gehört dir :) Es gibt zwei Balkone (!), einer davon mit direktem Blick auf den See, eine große, gut ausgestattete Küche, zu der du Zugang hast, ein geräumiges Bad mit Badewanne und Waschmaschine, sowie ein Zimmer mit Blick auf das Wasser.
English:
I'm traveling for one month and am renting out my super beautiful apartment in Grünau. I will use the other room as storage while I'm away but the rest is yours :) There are two balconies (!), one has a direct view of the lake, there's a big well-equipped kitchen to which you will have access to everything in it, a spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a washer, as well as a room facing the water.

Es ist sehr ruhig hier, in der Nähe gibt es alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (auch einen Bioladen), und ist nur 18 Minuten mit der S-Bahn bis zum Ostkreuz (S46, S8, S85, Tram 68 sind um die Ecke). Man fühlt sich hier wie im Urlaub und ist trotzdem super nah am Zentrum (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, etc.)

It is extremely quiet here, there are all the grocery stores you need nearby (including a Bioladen), and you're 18 minutes away from Ostkreuz with the S-Bahn (S46, S8, S85, Tram 68 are around the corner). It feels like a holiday here while still being super close to the center of things (Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain, etc.)
