wir suchen schnellstmöglichst (einen) Nachmieter für unsere alte Wohnung (80 qm für ca. 550 Euro WARM!).
Die Wohnung hat 4 Zimmer, ein Bad mit Wanne, ein Gästeklo und einen Balkon.
Das Wohnzimmer ist schön groß, die anderen drei Zimmer etwas kleiner. Auf jeden Fall gut für eine 2er-WG oder ein Pärchen geeignet. Wenn ihr nicht so viel Platz braucht auch für eine 3er-WG oder eine kleine Familie.
Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist ganz gut (Küche geht vom Wohnzimmer ab, die drei Zimmer u. das Wohnzimmer vom Flur).
Sie liegt ca. 5 Min. vom U-Bahnhof Hellersdorf (U5) entfernt. Für Lauffaule gibt es aber auch zwei Straßenbahnlinien, die bis zur U-Bahn fahren. ;) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte sind reichlich vorhanden. Gut für Studenten der Alice-Salomon-Hochschule (da nur 5 Min. entfernt). Außerdem gibt es Bars, Restaurants, ein Cine-Star-Kino (ab Herbst mit Indoor-Kletteranlage), Apotheken usw.
Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt (wir haben mir unserem Hund dort gelebt) und von den Nachbarn kriegt man in der Regel auch nichts mit.
Nach Absprache sind evtl. Übernahme von Herd und Spüle möglich.
Die schlechte Nachricht ist, dass eine Kaution in Höhe von ca. 1000,- Euro erforderlich ist.
