3-Room apartment available for about 3 months in January/February/March of 2024, with possibility of extension. We are a young couple from the US so the apartment is set up in a fun, modern, and hip style with creative lighting and electronic entertainment. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, the building has an elevator. There is also a separate kitchen as well as a large balcony. The space is perfect for a couple but we are also ok with an individual or a couple + individual, max 3 people.
The guest room / office has a futon if you have a guest staying with you as well as a large electronically height adjustable desk, perfect for home-office. We have super fast internet as well, 400mbps.
The living room is quite large and can get a fair amount of daylight during the day. We have a projector and sound system for movies and games that you are welcome to use.
Our balcony is very large as well and overlooks the complex courtyard. Smoking is allowed on the balcony, not inside the apartment.
There is a washer in the unit.

Wir sind ein junges Paar aus den USA, so dass die Wohnung in einem Spaß, modern und hip Stil mit kreativer Beleuchtung und elektronische Unterhaltung eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock, das Gebäude hat einen Aufzug. Es gibt auch eine separate Küche sowie einen großen Balkon. Der Raum ist perfekt für ein Paar, aber wir sind auch ok mit einem einzelnen oder einem Paar + Einzelperson, max 3 Personen.
Das Gästezimmer / Büro verfügt über ein Futon, wenn Sie einen Gast mit Ihnen sowie eine große elektronisch höhenverstellbaren Schreibtisch, perfekt für Home-Office haben. Wir haben super schnelles Internet als auch, 400mbps.
Das Wohnzimmer ist ziemlich groß und kann tagsüber viel Tageslicht bekommen. Wir haben einen Projektor und ein Soundsystem für Filme und Spiele, die Sie gerne nutzen können.
Unser Balkon ist ebenfalls sehr groß und bietet einen Blick auf den Innenhof des Komplexes. Rauchen ist nur auf dem Balkon erlaubt, nicht in der Wohnung.
Es gibt eine Waschmaschine in der Wohnung.

There are many parking spaces in the apartment complex if you have your own car. We are 5 mins walk from trams M6 + 16 and 6 mins walk from M17 + 27. With the tram it takes about 15-20 mins to S Landsberger Allee and 25-30 mins to Alexanderplatz.
At the moment the closet grocery stores are Aldi and Rewe about a 15-20 min walk (or 2 tram stations) away at the Allee-Center. There is a possibility that a store might be opening in the new apartment complex next to use in early 2024. We are also across the street from Ikea.

Es gibt viele Parkplätze in der Wohnanlage, wenn Sie Ihr eigenes Auto haben. Wir sind 5 Minuten zu Fuß von den Straßenbahnen M6 + 16 und 6 Minuten zu Fuß von M17 + 27 entfernt. Mit der Straßenbahn braucht man ca. 15-20 Minuten bis zur Landsberger Allee und 25-30 Minuten bis zum Alexanderplatz.
Die nächstgelegenen Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind Aldi und Rewe, die etwa 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß (oder 2 Straßenbahnstationen) vom Allee-Center entfernt sind. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit, dass ein Geschäft in der neuen Wohnanlage neben der Verwendung im Frühjahr 2024 eröffnet werden könnte. Wir sind auch über die Straße von Ikea.

We ask that you water and take care of our plants and can explain this at our meeting (it’s not super complicated, we just don’t want them to die). Parties aren’t allowed because the neighbors like quiet in the evening. Anmeldung is not possible.
Rent is €1,350/month and €100 for utilities (internet and power). We would like a €1000 deposit. January will be pro-rated.
