2 Room apartment in New building looking for Nachmieter(in)

Green and quite part of Köpenick, tram 68 in 4 min walking distance. Its super close to the forest and river.
6min walking distance to multiple grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery.

It is NOT close to the city center (i give the address so please check it before writing to me to save us time), but if you have a bike it's quite convenient with S Bahn.

- Do not call me, please write with a brief introduction of yourself. A visit is possible in the week of May 12th.

- Only Write to me if you are willing to take over the kitchen with electronics and others etc. at 2500€ (obviously i want to save the trouble of moving with big furniture pieces, but everything is in a very good condition as you will see in the visit), and PLEASE clearly mention it in your message, or you will not receive a reply.
- listed price is warm rent i pay right now, there is a possibility the rent be a bit higher but it will be below 10%.
- you will sign the contract directly with the management company
- Parking available at extra cost, i believe 100EUR in Parkplatz. In the neighborhood there are free parking as well
- Pet allowed
- Deposit is 3 months cold rent, about 2k
